Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdVeego (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by WebChirpy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdVeego is a Meta Ads analytics platform that connects to your Facebook advertising account via the Meta Marketing API. The Service provides:

  • Read-only visibility into your ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads
  • Performance metrics: spend, impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
  • Creative-level performance analysis and reporting
  • Exportable reports in XLSX format
  • Team access management for shared ad account visibility

AdVeego is strictly a read-only tool. We do not and cannot create, edit, pause, duplicate, or delete any campaigns, ad sets, ads, or budgets in your Meta account.

3. Account Registration

You must create an AdVeego account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at team@adveego.com

4. Meta Platform Permissions & Data Use

To display your ad performance data, AdVeego requests the following Meta permissions via Facebook Login:

  • public_profile — Used solely to display your Facebook name within AdVeego so you can identify which Meta account is connected.
  • ads_read — Used solely to retrieve your ad account details, campaign structure, creative names, and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, etc.) for display within AdVeego. This permission is never used to modify, create, or delete any ad content.

Restrictions on Meta data — we commit to the following:

  • Meta Ads data is used only to provide the AdVeego analytics service to you.
  • We do not sell, license, or transfer your Meta Ads data to any third party.
  • We do not use your Meta Ads data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling purposes.
  • We do not use your Meta Ads data to build audience segments or enrich any external database.
  • Performance metrics are fetched live on demand and are not permanently stored on our servers. They are cached in server memory for up to 5 minutes for performance, then discarded.
  • Your Meta OAuth access token is stored encrypted in our database solely to avoid requiring you to re-authenticate on every visit, and is deleted immediately when you disconnect your Meta account.

AdVeego complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Platform Terms shall take precedence with respect to your use of Meta data.

5. Revoking Meta Access

You can disconnect AdVeego from your Meta account at any time using either method:

  • Click Disconnect in the AdVeego account selector — this immediately deletes your stored access token from our database.
  • Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find AdVeego, and click Remove.

After revoking access, AdVeego will no longer be able to retrieve any data from your Meta account. Any previously fetched data held in server-side cache will expire within 5 minutes.

6. User Responsibilities

By using AdVeego you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right and authority to connect the Meta Ads accounts you link to AdVeego.
  • You will not use AdVeego for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta's Terms of Service.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from AdVeego in an automated manner beyond normal use.
  • You will not share your AdVeego credentials with individuals who are not authorized to access the connected ad accounts.

7. Team Access

AdVeego allows account owners to invite team members to view ad account data. By inviting a team member you confirm that you have the authority to grant that person access to the connected Meta Ads account data. You are responsible for managing and revoking team member access as appropriate.

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email address.

9. Data Deletion & Account Termination

You may request deletion of your AdVeego account and all associated data at any time by emailing team@adveego.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will permanently delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Account deletion removes:

  • Your AdVeego account and profile
  • All stored Meta OAuth access tokens
  • All saved reports and custom configurations
  • All team associations and invitations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdVeego is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data retrieved from Meta will be accurate or complete. Ad performance data displayed in AdVeego is sourced directly from the Meta Marketing API; we are not responsible for any discrepancies between AdVeego and Meta Ads Manager.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdVeego and WebChirpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within AdVeego at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of AdVeego after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AdVeego shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where WebChirpy operates.
