Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 7-day Premium trial and the Free plan need no payment details. You only add a payment method when you upgrade to Basic, Standard or Premium.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets Premium free for 7 days, with every feature unlocked. When the trial ends you can upgrade, or continue on the Free plan with one ad account (the first one you opened). Nothing is deleted.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — switch plans any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Upgrades and switches between paid plans apply right away and are prorated. Moving to Free keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

What data does AdVeego access?

AdVeego requests read-only access to your Meta Ads account via Facebook OAuth. We can see your campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance insights — but we cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your account.

How is billing handled?

Plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees, taxes included. Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, and you can download invoices or update your payment method from Settings.

What counts as a 'Meta ad account'?

A Meta account is a Facebook profile you connect. Each ad account you open through it (one Meta Business ad account ID) uses one of your plan's ad-account slots. Slots are permanent: once an account takes one, it can't be swapped for another — upgrade to open more.
